At MODEL TRAIN DETAILING WAREHOUSE, we comply fully with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

 If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or not fit for its intended purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with ACL. 

 Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos where applicable so we can resolve the issue promptly. 

For consumable items (including paints, chemicals, weathering products, adhesives, and detailing supplies):

• Returns are accepted only if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect on arrival
• Opened, used, or partially used consumables cannot be returned for change of mind or incorrect selection

This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect selection
• Incompatibility with your model, layout, or equipment

Please ensure products are suitable before purchasing.

 Pre-orders and limited-stock items may be cancelled prior to dispatch only.
Once dispatched, standard refund and return conditions apply.
Delivery dates for pre-orders are estimates and may change due to supplier availability. 

 A valid proof of purchase is required for all refund or return requests. 

 Approved returns must be sent in accordance with the instructions provided.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
