General

1. All items are NEW and in unused condition unless otherwise stated in the product listing.  

2. Some packaging may show signs of age/wear and tear and therefore the item that you receive may be in a package that has scuffs, bends, tears or other minor blemishes, but the contents will still be in new condition.  

3. Please note, from time to time we may buy products from other dealers as well as estates, and therefore some packages may have minor damage or other dealer/s  names or price tags on them.  Again, the products contained within this packaging is still NEW and UNUSED, unless otherwise stipulated in the product listing.   

4. Items with seriously damaged boxes, packaging or any other damage that compromises their ability to be protected will be noted in the product listing - these items are generally available at reduced prices.  

5. Some detail parts may have dated packaging due to being sourced from estates or closed hobby shops. These products are still new, even though their packages may be old and display some wear and tear.

6. We DO NOT have a minimum order value; however regular shipping charges will still apply. 

7. We do not charge handling fees - just the basic Australia Post charge applicable to your order.

8. Prices are subject to change without notice due to a) price increases by the manufacturer or distributor overseas; b) the fluidity of international shipping rates; c) changes in international customs tariffs; d) fluctuations in foreign currency exchange rates.

9. We reserve the right to cancel any sale price at any time and revert back to the regular price without any notice. 

10. A number of key manufacturers have had multiple price increases over the past few years this has resulted in an overall substantial price increase over time. Where we have not re-stocked some these manufacturers  products in a while, this may show as a dramatic increase in price. In most cases, we will endeavour to hold the old prices until the new stock arrives.

11. If you notice a low price compared to the current manufacturers list price you can assume that this product has not been re-stocked recently, and that the product/s price will increase once the current stock is exhausted.

12. Every effort is taken to ensure that all items listed on the website are in stock and that their quantities are accurate. However, from time to time an error may occur. Where this happens the buyer will be contacted directly and given the option of either a) a full refund, b) product substitution or c) supplied the ordered item/s when they next arrive.

13. Should you have an issue with a product you have purchased from us PLEASE contact us FIRST and do not return anything back to us unless we have specifically requested you do so. Most manufacturers (primarily the rolling stock manufacturers) prefer that the end customer contact them directly when there is an issue with their product - please take this avenue for faster resolution.

14. Most images used on this site are from either internal photography, the manufacturers catalogue/website or a combination of both.

15. Catalogue/website photos and visuals remain the property of their respective owners.  They may not accurately represent the actual product but provide a general overview of the product.

16. In the cases of rolling stock - some images may contain models with different road numbers to the items listed for sale, however the product will be identical in every other aspect.

17. From time to time manufacturer/s make changes to the quality or quantity of the item/s included in their packaging without notice. Whilst we make every effort to portray all items as accurately as possible, there may be instances where these changes go unnoticed due to the sheer number of different products being handled. Should you find a variance in the description or pack size of a product please notify us in the first instance and we will correct this for you.
